How to Get a Refund

Obtain a Doctor's Prescription
Your doctor will issue a prescription for the alternative medicine. Prescriptions from alternative practitioners cannot be accepted.

Buying Medications
You pay for the medication yourself at the pharmacy first. The medications must be available only at pharmacies but do not require a prescription.

Request a Reimbursement
Submit the specified pharmacy invoice along with the doctor’s prescription to us. You can also use the online service portal or the ZF BKK Service app for this purpose.
