Rules for the ZF BKK Contest for the 2026 Friedrichshafen Company Run
By participating in this sweepstakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is ZF BKK KdöR, Otto-Lilienthal-Straße 10, 88046 Friedrichshafen (“Organizer”).
2. Entry Period
The contest begins on July 15, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. and ends on July 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of ZF BKK, employees of the companies involved in organizing the contest, and their relatives are excluded from participation if their participation could result in a conflict of interest.
Also ineligible to participate are individuals who use unauthorized aids, employ automated entry methods, participate via sweepstakes services, or manipulate or attempt to manipulate the sweepstakes.
4. Participation in the Contest
Participation is free of charge.
Participation is exclusively via the corresponding entry form.
To participate, the participant must complete and submit the entry form within the entry period.
By participating, participants accept these terms and conditions.
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information will result in disqualification from the contest.
6. Prize
Five (5) vouchers for a running technique training session from Baumhauer Outdoorsport will be awarded.
Cash redemption, payment of any difference in value, or transfer of the prize to a third party is not permitted. The organizer will not cover any travel, lodging, meal, or other incidental expenses.
The prize is not funded by ZF BKK membership dues but is sponsored by Baumhauer Outdoorsport GmbH (Käthe-Paulus-Straße 1, 88074 Meckenbeuren).
7. Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winners will be selected at random from among all valid entries after the entry period has ended. The drawing will take place behind closed doors.
Winners will be notified in writing or by phone within 30 days and must respond within 72 hours of the prize notification being sent.
If no response is received within this period or if the eligibility requirements are not met, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, the organizer is entitled to draw a replacement winner.
The prize will then be presented in person or mailed to the winner.
8. Announcement of the Winner
The winner agrees that, in the event of a win, their name and photo will be published on ZF BKK’s channels and media (online and print).
9. Modification or Termination of the Contest
The organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate the contest early if proper conduct cannot be guaranteed for legal, technical, or factual reasons, particularly in the event of manipulation, technical malfunctions, system failures, viruses, or force majeure.
Participants have no claims arising from any modification, suspension, termination, or exclusion, unless the organizer acts with intent or gross negligence.
10. Liability
ZF BKK is not liable for the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the online systems used, nor for technical or electronic errors in a telemedia service over which it has no control.
11. Data Protection
To participate in this contest, we require certain personal information in the fields marked with “*”. To facilitate contact, you may also voluntarily provide additional contact information. We process your data for the purpose of participating in the sweepstakes. Processors of your data may be service providers commissioned by us (e.g., IT service providers). The legal basis for data processing in connection with sweepstakes participation is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Participation in our sweepstakes is voluntary. You may revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time with future effect without any adverse consequences.
Please note that if you participate in our sweepstakes, we must ask for your consent to data processing for advertising purposes in order to be able to offer the sweepstakes on a commercially viable basis. Without granting this consent, participation in the sweepstakes is not possible. Your data will not be transferred to Baumhauer Outdoorsport GmbH or other third parties, nor will it be sold for commercial purposes. 12. Miscellaneous
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
